Privacy notice

This notice explains how DigiPulse handles the personal information you share with us through this website, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). It covers this website only. How DigiPulse processes data for the retailers who use the platform is set out in our customer agreements.

Who we are

DigiPulse ("we", "us") is the responsible party for information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@YOUR-DOMAIN.

What we collect

When you use the "Book a demo" chat, we collect what you choose to give us:

We also record the page you sent the request from and the time it was sent.

Why we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Your request is delivered by email through a cloud email service we use to run this website. A copy is sent to the email address you gave us. We share your information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email, and only as far as they need it. Some of these providers may store data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers bound by data-protection terms that give a comparable level of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them, unless we have to keep them longer by law.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. If we add analytics later, we'll ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it, including for marketing. Email us at the address above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
